What Does Daily Office Cleaning Cover?

Our standard daily cleaning scope covers every area your staff and visitors use. We work to a written scope agreed at the initial site survey, and we review it with you at regular account meetings. Any changes to your requirements are updated in the scope within 24 hours.

Desks, Surfaces and General Office Areas

Desk and surface cleaning covers wiping down all horizontal surfaces with colour-coded microfibre cloths and COSHH-approved products. We clean telephone handsets, keyboards and monitors with specialist sanitising wipes, empty all desk and communal bins, and vacuum or mop all floor areas. Door handles and light switches are sanitised on every visit as standard contact-point hygiene.

We take care around personal items and equipment. Staff are advised to tidy desks before the cleaning visit so our teams can work efficiently. We do not move locked or secured items.

Kitchens and Breakout Areas

Kitchen cleaning covers wiping down all work surfaces, cleaning the sink, descaling taps, cleaning the exterior of appliances including microwaves, kettles and coffee machines, emptying bins and replacing liners. Cleaning the interior of appliances such as microwaves and fridges can be added to your scope or scheduled as a weekly or monthly task.

Breakout areas and canteen furniture are wiped down and chairs straightened on every visit. Spills and marks between scheduled cleans can be flagged via our app for next-visit attention.

Washrooms and Toilets

Washroom cleaning is the most hygiene-critical part of any office cleaning contract. We clean and disinfect all toilet bowls, cisterns, seats and lids, clean basins, taps and mirrors, wipe down cubicle doors and partitions, replenish soap, hand towels and toilet rolls from your agreed stock, and empty sanitary bins. All washroom products are supplied and charged separately or at cost depending on your contract arrangement.

High-touch contact points including door handles, flush levers and tap fittings receive a hospital-grade disinfectant treatment on every visit as standard.

Reception and Client-Facing Areas

Reception areas set the first impression for every visitor. We vacuum or mop reception floors, clean reception desks and front-of-house furniture, polish glass and metal surfaces, tidy magazines and literature, clean glass entrance screens and wipe down any signage. Reception cleans are timed to confirm the area is immaculate before your team and clients arrive.

Scheduling and Access

Most daily office cleaning contracts in London operate early morning between 6am and 8:30am, so the office is clean before staff arrive. Evening slots from 6pm and weekend cleans are also available. We hold building access protocols agreed with your facilities team, and all team members are logged in and out of your premises on our digital attendance system.

We are fully insured: public liability up to £5 million and employers liability insurance as required by law. Full insurance certificates are provided on request at the start of your contract.

What Happens if My Regular Cleaner Is Off?

We operate a trained cover system. If your regular cleaner is absent, a fully briefed cover operative from your location's pool takes the shift. Cover operatives are pre-familiarised with your building and scope so continuity is maintained. You will not receive a stranger who has never been in your office.

Can I Change My Cleaning Schedule?

Yes. Cleaning schedules can be adjusted with 48 hours notice for minor changes such as adding or removing a day. Significant scope changes such as adding a new floor or area require a revised quotation, which we turn around within 24 hours. We accommodate school holiday period reductions and post-refurbishment scope increases as standard.

Are Your Cleaning Products Safe for Offices With Allergies?

We use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic cleaning products as standard across our London office contracts.
